In her Pilates practice, she enjoys working with clients of all movement backgrounds and finds joy in empowering others with positive movement experiences. She is able to create individualized Pilates sessions for clients who may be concerned about participating in Pilates due to specific diagnoses or mobility limitations.

Keiko grew up in the South Bay participating in a variety of sports including gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, cross country, and track & field. In high school, she developed a sports injury between her cross country and soccer seasons, which affected her running and performance as an athlete. It was her physical therapy experiences as a rehabilitating athlete that contributed to her interest in becoming a Physical Therapist.

Keiko lives in the South Bay and loves traveling, running, doing Pilates, and spending quality time with her husband (also a Physical Therapist) and two sons.
