A love note to my daughter

Hey everyone, I wanted to share with you a little project I've been working on for the past month. I like to think of it like a love note to my daughter, Nadia. Nadia move to the east coast for college in January. After a lifetime of doing gymnastics, I had hoped she'd continue doing it in college for the school's club team. She decided that she wanted to try new forms of exercise and informed me that she would do pilates. I thought - yay! another way for us to connect from across the country. She said she was going to pick up pilates exercises on tiktok. Here's the thing - tik tok pretty much just shows the exercise but doesn't give you the best of what pilates gives you - thoughtful progressions, alignment cues, helpful imagery, and the intention of the exercise.
