Bay Area Dance Week - Pilates + Weights for Dancers

Dancers need an incredible amount of strength, flexibility, resistance to injury, and body awareness. This class pilates exercises on the reformer, chair, and spring board as well as free weights to help you build a strong foundation for dance. The 55 minute class will be led by the dance and gymnastics informed physical therapists at On the Move Physical Therapy and Pilates. All attendees will receive a discount for a return visit.
