Head to toe evaluation and exercise prescription. Includes the gymSAFE movement screen. The goal of this session is to educate the individual in ways to prevent future injuries and to enhance performance. Recommended 1x/year.

PEDIATRIC/ADULT ANNUAL CHECK UP (85 min)
A comprehensive evaluation of your strength, flexibility, balance, and movement technique. Walk away knowing where your weaknesses, tight spots, and imbalances are and get a plan on how to address them.

CONCUSSION REHAB (55 min)
Evaluation of the post-concussion pediatric or adult population at any point during the continuum of their healing process. Assessment of visual and vestibular integration, balance and gait, cervical spine and musculoskeletal testing, and exercise tolerance in order to provide specific exercises and recommendations specific to help enhance recovery. Treatment and management for symptoms which may include imbalance, dizziness, headache, nausea, vision changes, brain fog and fatigue. The therapist will work on your return to your prior level of function whether that is return to sport, work, or daily life goals.

NEUROLOGICAL REHAB EVALUATION (55 MIN)
Expertise on functional task analysis and measures to assess gait, balance, strength, motor control, coordination, endurance, and overall functional mobility that are specific to the neurological population. A uniquely tailored exercise routine will be recommended based on areas needed for improvement as well as patient specific goals.

PARKINSON'S FITNESS (55 MIN)
Assessment on current functional mobility, gait, balance, strength, and range of motion with specific emphasis on evidence-based exercise recommendations for those with Parkinson’s Disease. Establish a comprehensive exercise routine with ongoing sessions for wellness and prevention of decline through the principles of neuroplasticity. Will include as needed - freezing of gait evaluation and treatment, floor recovery, fall prevention, group class suggestions.
